Plain English
afkroblox is a free early-access project. You're welcome to use the site, join the Discord, and (once it's released) run the desktop app on your own computer for your own enjoyment. Don't do anything illegal with it, don't blame us if something goes wrong, and understand the project is still in development.
Not affiliated with Roblox
afkroblox is an independent project built by fans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. 'Roblox' is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. You use afkroblox alongside Roblox at your own discretion, and we have no special relationship with or insight into Roblox's policies.
Your Roblox account
afkroblox is designed to be safe and runs entirely outside the Roblox process (see the Safety page for details). That said, you are ultimately responsible for how you use any automation tool with your Roblox account. Individual Roblox games may have their own rules against automation; respect them. We don't think the software poses a risk to your Roblox account, but we can't make legal guarantees about Roblox's actions.
Early access means early
The desktop app is pre-release software. It may have bugs, crash, behave unexpectedly, or change dramatically between versions. We'll do our best to make it stable, but by using early access you understand you're getting a work-in-progress.
Liability
afkroblox is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software or the website. If you're a lawyer you know what this paragraph is; if you're not, it means please don't sue us.
Changes
These terms may change as the project grows. We'll announce any substantive changes in the Discord #announcements channel before they take effect. Continued use of the software or site after changes means you accept the new terms.
